Bernd Ribbeck (b. Cologne, Germany, 1974) studied at the Kunstakademie, Düsseldorf; Akademie der bilenden Kunste, Munich and Hochschule der Kunste, Berlin, and was the recipient of a DAAD scholarship in 2005. Important recent international group exhibitions include the 2008 edition of Manifesta in Trentino, South Tyrol; run, run, Glasgow International Festival of Visual Art (2008); and The Long Dark, Kettle's Yard, Cambridge (2010). He lives and works in Berlin.
