Fernanda Gomes (b. 1960, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) lives and works in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Gomes recently participated in the 13th Istanbul Biennial (2013), the 30th São Paulo Biennial curated by Luis Perez-Oramas (2012) and the Rennes Biennial (2012). Recent solo exhibitions include Museo Jumex, Mexico City (2017); Alison Jacques Gallery (2017); Galeria Luisa Strina, São Paolo (2017); Galerie Peter Kilchmann, Zurich (2015); Galeria Luisa Strina, São Paulo (2014); Alison Jacques Gallery, London (2013); Centre International de l'art et du Paysage, Vassivière (2013); City Museum, Lisbon (2012) and MAM, Rio de Janeiro (2011).
